We discussed multiple roofing options that were available and Mrs Goulden felt that our suggestion of adding a dormer to the roof along with the addition of a loft conversion would be perfect for her needs. We were mindful to be in keeping with the brief (to maximise the space in her loft) and to stay within the constraints of the budget.
Overall I think you can agree that the conversion works well with the style of the property and has maximised the space in the loft, essentially turning this into a two-storey home.
